Paul Matty's

Postby Sy V » Mon 24.12.2007, 14:17

I do not believe that I have just started a new thread for PMs, but apparently there isn't one.

Just an update really.

I took Paul's LEC calendar to him on Friday and received a signed copy (by Peter Darley who took all of the pictures) of the 2008 Jim Clark Calendar in return.

Some of you may know that Paul acquired the house to the left (as you approach the premises) of the access drive this year. It is being converted into his new showroom. It'll house 7-8 cars on the ground floor. The plans are for soft up-lighting and it will (of course) be visible from the motorway roundabout at M42 Jct 1.

The wall to the left of the drive will stay put and be painted with a Goodwood pits mural.

The upper part of the house will house a motorsport art gallery with the featured artist changing about three times a year. So my Saturday morning coffee visits will be a little more luxurious and entertaining in the future.
