Return fuel hose

Hey guys I can't seem to find a source for the peice of hose that connects the meatal return line to the
plastic hose that runs to the tank. It's only about 2" long and looks like a german 7.5mm cloth braided hose.

I would use rubber but a 5/16" hose is a loose fit and I don't really want to clamp to the flimsy plastic hose..
