Purchased a white M100 a little over a month ago with 40k miles. A few days after a coolant flush and fill with Prestone I noticed a small coolant leak coming from the radiator on the passenger side, seemingly between the core and the plastic tank..... I'm betting the flush removed all the debris that was plugging the hole in the first place.
Immediately took out the radiator and ordered an alloy replacement from Ron Davis in Arizona, surprisingly they had a CAD drawing on file for it! Also ordered all new replacement hoses from Dave Bean. Got A thermostat from a local parts store, same as the Isuzu Impulse RS.... the original unit looked fine but was replaced anyway
The new radiator comes in next week, I am trying to get the new hoses in place. While the new upper hose is identical to the original, I can't for the life of me figure out how to get it to the radiator. Just doesn't seem long enough. That damn air cooler is using up all the space.
