is this the right part list for a full cambelt kit from rock autos. i think i need to change the whole lot , am i right ??

please advise as i am thinking of ordering as i have been holding back my cars cambelt change due to money problems . but i cant risk any more as my Se turbo is at 63K now. please advise the correct parts list if this is incorrect.

You might want to do the alternator and P.A.S belts while you're at it

or ok . i will have to search the forum for this , Dave have you got a part number at all please .
also any one know a decent garage who would not rip me off to get the cambelt done . i live in Bedfordshire . some garages are qouting me stupid prices like £325 coz its a lotus . is this cheap ?/or too dear. what would this cost. those who have got this done recently please advise ..

Lotus dealers usually charge 4 hours labour for this,so times that by the hourly rate.
My mechanic charged me £140 for this same job last year.
