How do you get this water pump bolt out?

Can't get a socket on it because that bracket is in the way. Can't get a box wrench on it. Dare I try an open end wrench and maybe rounding the bolt head?

Took a chance with open ended wrench and got it loose. Then had to grind the wrench down to be able to turn the screw one flat at a time.

A shallow 3/8" drive socket with a 'wobble' extension bar will get to it without any problems. Some of my special tools are 'wobble bars' ground to provide some extra wobble...
