Boost Control Frequency Valve

Postby RichardH » Wed 21.05.2025, 17:06

I have noticed on my S2 the the above valve is not connected, the plug just loose in the engine bay. All the hoses too and from the valve appear intact, so before I do anything, I thought I had better ask those in the know whats going on.

My questions are 1) Is there any reason why this would have been disconnected, the car drives fine?

2) Is there a way of testing the valve to see if it works?

3) The only plug I can find in that area which fits has white/purple and green wiring, is this the correct connector?

Your comments would be gratefully received.
