Steve - got S2 roofs on mine. Roof comes down side windows slightly further to give better protection from water run-off. The key to cure leaks is still the seals though.

Thanks for that
My roof frame is starting to eat into the material, mainly when folded down, it's worn a 2inch split all of a sudden
I'm considering my options at the moment
There's an S2 hood on ebay hence my question,it's in Reading so it's not as though I can pop over and look at it
or there's the carhood wharehouse, ouch £££!

Steve A wrote::) Cheers Neil a good thread, I've nearly made my mind up that the hoods got to go, the back window is beyond polishing, and both corners are starting to split, but I'll give it some more thought.

Elanman (Gareth) gave me a good tip he learnt from Trim Tech about folding down the roof/protecting from wear before closing stowage lid. Difficult to describe in words though. May be he will add some pics

The hoods getting one last chance, I've ordered the bostik 2402 , (also gives me time to save for a new one) .
