Rear Hood Seal - Help!

My rear hood to sowage cover seal needs replacing - can anyone tell me if it's possible
to change it with the hood on the car and the fabric in place?

I've looked through the manual but can't see anywhere that mentions replacement of this
seal..

Any pointers would be appreciated even if it is to the manual
