On startup, the new Turbo Boost Gauge immediately pins at full boost. This failure is relatively recent. The Turbo seems to work as expected.
The network of hoses seems in good shape, which leaves the two-wire actuator.
Does someone know how to use a multimeter to determine if the actuator signals are proper at idle and boost?
Thanks
And this would clear my punch list, other than plugging all the rain-water leaks.

Do you maybe mean the boost sensor (mounted on the wheel arch)?
If it is causing the boost gauge to go to max then clean up the earth.

Thanks. Had a bit of a pause at your admonition to "clean up the earth." Immediately envisioned trading my Lotus for a Seqway.
