Removing Turbo heat shield advice please

Hi,

How do you remove the last bottom bolt on the heat shield. Cannot see a way of getting a socket with ratchet on it as there does not appear to be enough room between the bolt and the engine mount.

I cant remember specifically this position but there are quite a few nuts and bolts on the Elan that need a ratchet spanner and a lot of patience, sometime only getting 1 or 2 clicks at a time
