Hi fellow members,
This Elan SE's boost gauge's hand is pointing up.
What might go wrong?
The car would run. I was told the boost gauge is fine. I have yet to see this car in person. The owner told me it could be the SENSOR. What sensor? Should I be concerned?
Please advise.
Regards,

this is a common problem when the ground wire comes loose from the boost gauge transducer. This is located in the engine bay and there's other threads about this with pictures pointing to the offending wire. Fix should be tighten ground wire and sensor should work normally . . .
