This problem your having sounds like exactly like mine. All it was is the spark plugs. Change them and I reckon your problem will be cured..
What was happening to mine is the ceramic on the plugs had hair line cracks in them, and once the engine is warm, the cracks get bigger and power is loss... For a sake of £12 for a set of plugs, it's a very cheap fix.. My plugs were only 12 months old, so it took me a while to realise it was the plugs..
