Hi All
few weeks ago I fitted mountain chip to my S2 - great change. On a drive home the boost stopped totally. I had it booked in for piper exhaust and downpipe to be fitted and had hoped it was just a broken cat (which it was) but there is still no boost. I can hear the turbo spinning up. RIP has kindly offered to hook it up to an elanscan on Saturday morning but I wondered if there is anything obvious I could try before then - I have wiggled the wastegate (still cant get that bottom bolt on tho!
thanks for any suggestions
Paul

Sounds like a hose has popped off somewhere then. If it's not obviously the top hose, I'd try looking at the intercooler connections (NSF). You might need to get the car up in the air to have a chance of getting at these.

I would start at the wastegate actuator and work backwards, it could also be a split pipe.

Inter-Cooler pipe and popped off - getting to it a challenge but should all be ready for Goodwood and new Hispecs all fitted - happy boy!

Them pipe fixings take some stress, especially when running increased boost. Hope I can keep up on the way to Goodwood
