Smashed window and filthy noise from CAS

Postby SJ » Sat 06.10.2007, 19:03

Due to me being a moron I left the drivers door open the other day whilst the car was on the ramp in the garage. Ramp goes up - window goes POP on crossbeam! What a tit.

So.........I need to know:

Where can I get a window? How much is a fair price for fitting?

The reason the car was on the ramp was there is a horrible rattling noise coming from the Cam Angle Sensor - would it be best to fit a new one or can this type of problem be addressed (perhaps bearings inside f***ed)?

Thank you in advance for your assistance

Later today, I'm delivering a car to Surpherphil in High Wycombe.
In the boot are two side windows - already removed.

You might want to approach him.

FYI windows come in two tints - Greeen and brown (bronze). These are green - but you can hardly tell them apart.

Talk and song from tongues of lilting grace, sounds caress my ears but not a word I heard could I relay, the story was quite clear - Robert Plant
