Cooling fans wired up to my brake pedal

Please help i have a problem with my cooling fans they do not come on at all when the gauge gets to 3/4 because they have been wired up to the brake pedal as per the pic so press the brake and they come on! . where should this brown wire be attached to? so that the fans work normally . i managed to contact the previous but 1 owner he said it was wired temporarily when the head gasket was done because they couldnt find the feed any help greatly appreciated ..i will be at brands hatch on sunday if anyone would be good enough to have a proper look

Just a quick update i had this cracking auto electrician clear up the awful wiring and somehow sort it out so all good fans come on as designed ..if anybody needs a good auto electrician in north london / herts his name is jason 07956 366 199 recommended
