Engine wiring questions

Evening all. Doing some poking around under the bonnet this evening and asking myself some questions. I have some empty block connectors. Please look at the attached image. I also only seem to have one boost solenoid, I see some images of cars with 2? Also, what's this cylinder behind the air box, it seems to be plumbed to the wastegate.

So figured out the blue connections, they are for egr and EVAP emissions. I clearly only have one! Did all Elan's come with both? Mines an s1.

Still don't know what the others are for!
