Got USB interface -need help analyze data (warm restart prob

Thanks Geoff for the cable -the interface looks very professional. It is really handy. Now. hopefully someone can decipher my data & figure out my problem. The symptom is similar to what I've posted earlier (see link below) where it starts ok when the engine is cold (see data). After it's been warmed up, shut it down, and wait for about 10min and restart it - the problem starts. It starts very very rough, when idling & accelerating it seems like its running rich - it can barely move.

I've replaced the CTS twice, but that didn't help. Looking at the Coolant temp from the data, it looks ok (went from 35 deg to 83 deg)

Someone had pointed out earlier, that it could be the IAC. Looking at the data, the IAC position is @ around 40 (962RPM, 78deg) vs 15 on cold start run. Could this be the problem?

Anyway, I'll wait for someone's more intellectual input regarding this data collected. Thanks in advance

There is something wrong wrong with the manifold pressure. If you look at the plot from cold, it starts correctly at 0.35-0.4 bar but instead of settling down to ~0.3, it starts to rise again. On the warm run, it is reading over 0.5bar The injector duty cycle (correctly) tracks this pressure so in the warm run, you are injecting at a 3% duty cycle instead of 1%. As you're smelling fuel, it would appear to be a sensor problem rather than a real increase in manifold pressure.

I'd say it looks like the MAP sensor is being adversely affected by its ambient temperature. Can you direct some freezer spray onto the MAP sensor while logging?
