O2 logging

Postby Dynoguy » Mon 29.06.2009, 18:28

I have a 6 mpg spread between my normal driving 24 mpg and driving like I have an egg under the throttle 30mpg. I believe based on what I have read, that the stock ecu over fuels (for safety) when in boost. I also live in South FLorida where the air is always hot and moist. I plan on upgrading the exhaust.

I would like to log AF, boost, throttle position, RPM and see what is going on. I assume with the proper data out friend at Mountain chips can help with the right tune. My goal is same or slightly better performance but improved mileage. Any suggestions on setting it up?

I have considerable experience (as well as two wideband professional grade air fuel meters) in tuning and the optical interface.

Thanks
Roger
