Apologies for late reply. Have looked at both scans but, like Rip, don't really know what to make of them so I'll have a ramble:
1. Your idle is ~1000 RPM when mostly the target idle is 950 RPM. The Air:Fuel ratio is 14.0 @ idle whereas it is mostly 14.5 when not idling. This suggests the ECU is compensating at idle for something via the A/F ratio.
2. Your max throttle was 72% when the engine was at 5K RPM and 0.62Bar boost and you were making 139BHP (calculated). Were you at wide open throttle then? If you were then the TPS and/or throttle cable needs adjustment.
3. In the quickrun scan the first idle period (70-140secs) has a spark advance of around 10°BTDC whereas the second idle period (560-680secs) has a spark advance around 18°BTDC. The second idle period has a wider range than the first -- dunno why this should be.
4. The IAC goes mental @ 138.1secs in the quickrun.
5. Max boost was 0.66 Bar. Pretty close to spot on if a std map.
6. Max power was 146.3 BHP @ 5250RPM in second gear. If this was on level ground then v. respectable.
The following is worth what you're paying for it:
My instinct says you have a small vacuum leak somewhere. Problem is you're making good boost which contradicts. Were it me I'd pull the vacuum hose to the boost guage sensor (O/S of manifold) while the engine was running. If the revs rise then you don't already have a leak -- if they don't rise then you already have a leak. See

If you don't have a leak then the next thing I'd check is the base timing but since you're having a problem with this then I'd follow Rip's advice and increase the spark advance -- move the CAS slightly clockwise and then see if you can do the base timing.
Beyond that I dunno but probably next port of call would be check the
tickover.
After that i'd consider replacing the HES in the CAS
