had the car SE running for a while idle then went out for a five min drive, could someone please take a look.

Neil,

I am no expert but your boost appears low. What is more strange is that boost appears to peak at ~0.4 bar at 70-80% throttle then drop to ~0.35 bar at full throttle. I wonder, off the top of my head, have you got a leak or sticky wastegate? BTW what are your perceived symptoms?

youre right mate, ive been trying to free the stuck westgate for an hour now.. Put some wd40 on it to try and loosen it. Looks like im taking out the turbo so I can gain some more leverage

May I advise you to persevere with the WD40 option?!

You may be getting yourself into alot more bother by removing the turbo if what you only want to do is free the wastegate actuator.

You need to get some penetrating oil on it and leave it for a few hours to soak in. It will give in in the end

Thanks for the advice, I was about to start this morning!!!!, ill get the oil out to give it another douse and keep doing it until i get it free
