I know this isn't a direct answer to your question, and you might already be aware of this;

If you can't find someone selling one, you can make one by following this video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZVsLD1eJP7Y&t=700s.

I did so just before Christmas, and all is working well. - In fact, Amazon sells FTDI chips that are already integrated into a USB cable, so all you need todo is join the 10 pin connector to the USB cable. - If you don't want to solder, you can use heat-shrink solder sleeves.

Otherwise, I have considered making a few on a rainy day to kill some time, so I could do that and ship them out.

I believe it was Geof Smith who used to make optically isolated cables, but AFAIK, they aren't selling them anymore.
