I finally got around to trying out my interface cable, with the ElanScan software and my laptop!
Connected everything up, started talking....and everything seemed like it was working ok, values changed as i pressed the throttle etc. Started logging and i then started to get a string of error replying messages appearing at regular intervals.
When I parked up and stopped talking, I could use the data that had been logged in the graphs, it just seems a bit odd this message i was getting
So geoff, do you think you could be so kind as to take a quick glance at the attached log. It was a very short run, but I just really want confirmation that I have it hooked up right.....however, if you see anything untoward please let me know!
