I see you!

Postby sideways » Tue 12.01.2021, 23:07

In the midst of installing a dash/rear cam I had occasion to open the glove box to get access to the wirey bits and pieces and upon doing so it fell into my lap.

Apparently the PO felt that globs from a glue gun were better than the original catches...the ones which go onto the rail at the rear, so I will be on the hunt for a pair of these.

Or some glue sticks.

That said, the install of the camera(s) was a doddle, hide a few wires here and there, drill a few holes  and in a couple of hours it was done.

Why the camera(s)? Mostly Covid curiosity and boredom some of which boredom has been alleviated by watching Russians crash into each other hence the 'need' for the cameras. So, once the warmer weather comes along I will switch from watching the recordings from the camera in my driveway to watching ones from the dashcam.

What's next...find those clips, methinks.
