What is missing here?

Here is a picture of the battery area of my 1991 Elan turbo that I picked up not running. I know the inertia switch for the fuel pump is missing but it sure seems like other electrical items are missing as well. Do you guys/gals happen to know what else is missing??

You are USA based and have a FED car. If you check the M100 electric manual P12, I think you will find the inertia switch and fuel pump relay are in the LH speaker enclosure NOT in the battery compartment.

So the inertia switch may need resetting.

This is absolutely invaluable information! Thanks you so much! Here I was thinking the inertia switch was missing since the only other Lotus Elan m100 I have seen was a right hand drive. I jumpered the fuel pump and it didn’t start but I have injector pulse with a noid light and the fuel gauge says empty. So here’s to hoping it’s just out of gas. The inertia switch is accessed by removing the speaker?

Just remove the enclosure, the speaker is attached to it.

The bit either side of the central tunnel inside the car is boxed in. Just remove the appropriate box.

From the picture it all looks like after market audio stuff.
You can 'reset"the inertia switch by removing the small plastic cover on the top of the speaker enclosure. That way you do not need to remove the lot.
