Do you have to remove the door cards to get behind the speaker grills ? Or can you grills/covers be prized out ?
Did have a search and looked at WikiLEC but couldn't find anything.

You need to take the door card off, or at least you do if you want to retain the metal grille for reuse. But, FYI, I have my door card off right now, and I still don't know if I can take the grille out without destroying it. I might just mask the grille on the door card and spray it while attached.

The grille (on mine anyway) is just a bit of mesh bent to shape and pushed into the door card from behind (the spring tension of the material holds it in place).

Just the one now, but this one's mine! - and it will be finished eventually..... - but also temporary custodian of a project until it is finished enough for Angie to drive it

Just to confirm - Yes, its just 4 simple extra bits of the speaker wire bent back to keep it in place, accessed from behind.
