passenger headlight

I have a problem with my elan s2.
the passenger side headlight doesn't go up, whether I turn it on with the switch or if I flash it, moving the manual knob then it works, but for a little while, then the same problem returns.
the motors are new, as are all the headlight mechanics. I was wondering, is there any adjustment to be made?
maybe when it is closed it gets stuck because it is not in the ideal position?
