Hi
I’m going to take the radio out of my car.
Is there a blanking plate available somewhere or do I need to make one?
Cheers

One was listed on the original parts list. However, I’ve never seen one for sale, and I suspect a DIY solution is the only way to go.
If you have an S2 with the OEM alarm and radio, bear in mind that there’s a wire from the alarm to the radio casing, which was intended to stop people pinching the radio. If you remove the radio, you’ll need to earth that wire (brown from memory) to prevent the alarm triggering.
