Hello,
a question about the main chassis earth point (the one at the RHD behind the seat).
is it easily reachable?
I would like to change it.

Yes. It routes to a junction box with 8mm std - plenty of similar cables available or I could make you one.
The negative terminal is a Ripaults part but it’s a very generic part.

I find the scew,
do you know if the nut is welled on the chassis ? or is it necessary to access inside the chassis ?

Easier to fit a new battery connector to the existing wire - the chassis earth is difficult to access
