Headlight Motor Carbon Brushes

Anyone with some information on the type or size of carbon brushes used in the Headlight Pod Motor.

That's a very interesting site (well to me it is!) you've found Zafar. It could be very useful in the future. Let us know how you get on with the refurb.

No Voltage on headling POD.

Hi
After replacing the carbon brushes I turned on the light switch to find out the pod is not working. I checked the fuse in the dashboard it is ok. Is there a relay or other fuses somewhere else too associated with it.

I checked the power cable connecting the pod motor but there is no electric current on turning the the light switch on or off. But I do get the current surge from the other Pod which is working fine.

Which meams the current is not being routed to the pod. Please tell me what can be worng here.

Appreciate your help.

I found the fuse replaced it and now its good.
