Just curious if someone can tell me if the exhausts on these cars are similar. I'm referring specifically to 2 sections of the exhaust system. The pre-cat chamber and downpipe that connect to the pre-cat and runs to the rest of the exhaust and main cat. These would be part numbers A100E6268H (Starter Catalytic Converter) and B100S0061F or A100S6019F (Exhaust Downpipe).
Thanks!

I'll check my Isuzu manual tonight when I'm home, but from memory the pre-cat is the same for both cars. After that I believe the exhausts are totally different.
Rumors of my demise have been greatly exaggerated.

Yep...the picture in the Isuzu manual looks identical to our pre-cat. The manual calls it a "wastegate manifold convertor". Due to packaging, it appears the downpipe is different.

Thanks dave. That may be handy as I'm thinking about getting a custom pre-cat replacement with downpipe made this winter. They'd probably recognize the Isuzu flange over a Lotus flange even though they are the same.

Hi Dave,
Do you have Isuzu's pre-cat's part number?
Thanks.
Cheers,

I've sent an e-mail to
St. Charles Isuzu near St. Louis, Missouri (a good place for parts for anyone in the US) and asked for the #. My manual has various details, but no part numbers unfortunately.
I'll let you know when I hear back from them.

Hi from france,
I had a quick look to Bill's isuzuperformance page and they seem to provide a large bore full exhaust system for our M100 ?
Does anyone know about it ?
Best regards
Cesar
