Cobra Sports exhaust system

My Elan failed its last MOT due to its blowing exhaust. I got it patched while I had a look around at my stainless steel options. Unfortunately before I could check them all out, and decide whether I had the ability to fit the exhaust myself, the patch gave way and the car needed action quickly.

I checked out www.exhaustsuk.co.uk in Sheffield. They were very pleasant, they understood I didn't want anything to 'wide boy'. They told me to come down and pick an exhaust note, a tail pipe and a bore. I went for the 2.25" as I've only got the standard engine. It cost £330 fitted and comes with a 30yr warranty.

thanks for the video, very informative. sounds very similar to the peco but its hard to gauge, the tone is similar.

There is a Peco on the same You tube page. I thought it sounded startlingly different. Max

that's my peco, you have to remember mine was shot, from much closer and pointing directly at the exhaust.
