This may be of interest to some. I have no idea of quality and note that the bore size is not specified, 2" is standard, 2.25" or 2.5" is necessary to deliver the claimed power increase. It does not replace the precat housing.

If that's 2.25 or 2.5" and the quality is there, that's a heck of a deal.

wouldn`t say thats a great deal as thats not fitted and what about the garantee

it does look the part thou as it`s go the flex and replaces the down pipe too.

Blue flame do an exhaust for about the same price fitted and Gareth had his done from somewhere for a about the same price fitted.

if they're going to go thru the effort to bead weld that oval tip over the inner round tip, why not cut off the round tip first--cause it looks pretty ghetto the way it is now :oops:

but otherwise looks nice?

maybe email them to find out more info or get them to post on LEC?

thats a so so deal!!!...
as monty says...mine was £320 fitted with a lifetime guarantee.......its in 2.25" but I could have had it in 2.5" for the same price.......
if you just want to buy a standard 2" stainles system then go to S and J Sportscars......they do em for £220.....save yourself £100 and spend it on the fitting!!!!

So when they state it`s a 21/4" is that inside diameter :?:

and is the stock quoted 2" also inside diameter :idea:

All exhaust size quotations are ID. (although that does not include exhaust tips, for which they usually give external dimensions in addition to ID)

So what gauge material is normally used on SS exhaust just that Dico is not sure about what bore exhaust he has on his M100 and was thinking of measuring the pipe with calipers which would be O/D.

so would stock 2" be roughly 2 1/4" O/D
and say 2 1/4" I/D be roughly 2 1/2" O/D

The ebay exhaust is from the Pre-cat back

Monty, that would totally depend on the gauge (thickness) of pipe used. Gauge 14 is thicker than gauge 18; it works using the same logic as electrical wire it does! :bonk:
