Condensation ??

Had a run out in 'Merlot' on Thursday afternoon, nice warm day so everything got good and hot. Parked car in garage afterwards as normal.
Yesterday went out there and pushed car out of garage but noticed two wet patches where the rear wheels were. Panicked a little thinking it
might be either brake fluid or petrol but it was neither so put something underneath to catch whatever it was and today had some water in
the containers. It appears to be coming out of the rear wheel arches just behind the jack points. Is this condensation after car getting very
warm plus heat from exhaust and then put in cool garage overnight? Anyone had experience of this or can confirm that this is all that is
happening.

Providing you have checked that it isn't petrol ,it can be anything else but condensation can it??

Yep...

Check the seal on the washer bottle pump, they're known to degrade, this fills the boot space up and the fluid migrates all under the carpet into all three boot sections...

rusty tools and a moldy carpet soon follows.

It doesn't appear to be washer pump seal no loss in bottle plus it's clear water and not soapy. Have taken car out again today so will see in
the morning if there is another collection but it's strange that it's suddenly started to happen after all this time I've had the car. Oh well
hasn't affected the car's performance. It still brings a big smile to the face.
