elan scan - hard to install

hi ,

i am triying to instal the elan scan interface on my computer (windows 10)
but the interface dont want to help

an item "USB <->Serial Cable" is created, but i just cant install it properly

anyone can help

You need to identify the "Comm Port" that your lead is plugged into.

Once done, it is still a bit difficult to realise you are connected, but you are and it does work in Windows 10.
