In the process of removing a split coolant hose and knackered heater valve ( corroded to bits) I noticed that the vacuum pipe elbow on the RH side of the plenum has perished and split

Can anyone recommend a supplier ?
thanks

This is a common failure point...... most people either repair it temporarily with a bit of gaffer tape, or chuck it away and push the pipe directly onto the nipple.
I replaced all of my rubber pipes with silicone vacuum pipe when i did mine - never had a problem since then (12 years).
Either way it needs fixing, it'll affect the running of the car, as the MAP sensor will get a false reading with a leaky vacuum system - and it'll affect the idling of the car.

Just the one now, but this one's mine! - and it will be finished eventually..... - but also temporary custodian of a project until it is finished enough for Angie to drive it
...oh, and a 2006 Freelander destined for the jungles of The Gambia - 4500 miles across roads, desert and tracks - what could possibly go wrong?

Mini distributor but don't bother! As Dave says, replace with 1m of 5mm silicone back to the reservoir - I found the reservoir end was about to expire as well.
