Engine near stall at first red lights

Hello to everyone, here is my problem (1996 s2):
My car starts normal, idles fine and only at the first slow down (or at the first red lines) it starts to stall, but it corrects.This happens with speed over 30-35 miles/h (not at very low speeds). After this all normal until i shut the engine . No engine light.
Things to look:
1. Vacuum leak
2.idle setting, timming setting
3. throttle body cleaning

Is there anything else to look?

ive had a similar issue in my 4runner. and cleaning the throthle valve helped.

personally i would follow the order in 3-2-1
and not bother with the timing initially.

also checking if your air filter is clean wont do any harm. (even tho from my experience, air filters can look terrible and the engine still run fine)
