Coolant leak

Postby senftarnaud » Tue 28.08.2012, 10:36

Hello,

I have a coolant leak.

I found the source of the leak.

It is the junction of two pipes black bottom.

But what should I do? Change the pipes?

And if so do you know where I can order them? Is this standard pipe or specific to Lotus.

Thank you in advance for your answers and have a nice day

Lotus use these to join pipes together.

On the left is what they should look like, on the right what mine (and probably yours) did look like. There are 2 of them in the cooling system, worth replacing both. Lotus part number: B075K0111Z.

If you can't be a good example, then you might as well be a terrible warning
