Where on earth do we get one from!!?
I have searched through old posts and have found out that there maybe a difference between the SE & S2 cooling fans? If so, what would this difference be?
I have found a cooling fan on SJSportscars.co.uk (
http://www.sjsportscars.co.uk/index.php?mod=10) is this the best option?
Thank you

The early fans A100K0017F were mostly metal and rusted quickly. The later fans A100K6024F, including the Federal (SIR) and S2, are mostly plastic and interchangeable with the early fans.
Gordon found a suitable replacement that was plastic but needed a connection modification. Here is a picture of both fans:
viewtopic.php?f=85&t=13937&start=340#p181715He did a couple of Group Buys and swapped over the connectors but you could contact him and ask for the supplier or at least the specs he found. The bolt hole spacing is important as is the direction of flow and type of fan blade.
Steve M: Which fan from your supplier did you find that was a proper fit? Did you need to modify the connector?

Take a look at parts manual: it may clarify the original part nos and differences, or give SJ a ring they are pretty helpful.
As you are in UK, also try this link:
http://www.wrightsautosupplies.co.uk/su ... ng-Fan.htmFitted one to my S4 Elan and it does a great job. Much more efficient than the original. However, it is obviously not OEM, and the mounting holes may not line up. If so they also supply a kit with plastic serated straps which go though the rad core to locate the fan. Not everone's cup of tea but it does work.
Don't think there's any mounting differences between OEM SE and S2 fans and at £60 from SJ they compare favourably with Wrights.
