I'm thinking the fuel pump seized and want to test for pressure. Is there a test port on the engine I can connect a pressure gauge to?

You should be able to hear it when it primes for 2 seconds when you turn the key to ignition

OK but hearing it doesn't mean it's putting out pressure.

If it has sat that long probably the injectors are jammed.
With the ignition on open the throttle from the under the bonnet (hood) and you should here the injectors click. If they don't they will probably need a clean.
