Kingsbourne sent me all 6 colour samples they offer today. Since sometimes computer colours lie, let me say that the grey is actually not as dark as it appears, it is more of a medium-grey. Also the red is truly red, not an orange-red like the picture would have you believe, and the yellow is brighter with no hint of mustard.

That said with the chrome-lace topping (see earlier pictures in this thread) these retail for $42.50-USD each. I just shipped a parcel airmail to Sy & it cost $40-USD for carriage. Shipping from Kingsbourne to me is about $6-USD.

Anyway if there is an overseas interest I am willing to take your order and handle the transaction with Kingsbourne if someone else is willing to receive the entire order in the UK and distribute once in-country.

I can find out what the wires without chrome cost. These are 8mm wires. If you want 7mm (the Lotus OE size) they only come in blue, red and black... exactly the colours you see here but only 1/2 the choice.

Matt, in the top picture on this post how have you got the plug cover so bright? is it painted or just buffed up? would it be fine just to buff it up?

It is Jet-Hot.

Paint works just as good. I had it painted at one time. But I would whack it & chip a piece of paint off. Now I don't have that problem.

If you had a way to get into the small long crevices this would be a good piece to polish as it is aluminium.

OK, I am sending off an email Monday as they are 3-hours behind me being in California. That will give me one more chance to check this thread for additional orders. So far, all with chrome cover I have:

Sy - yellow, red
Dico - Blue
Paul P - Red
Me - yellow, green

We'll sort the finances later.

BTW my daughter was here this weekend and they just so happened to have an episode of "Victory by Design" on the Speed channel which focused on all the Lotus race cars. This allowed me to show her where the whole BRG with yellow-stripe paint-job originated. I think it made her warm somewhat to the idea.
