Increasing idle - turn clockwise or counter?

I just read the wiki on this but couldn't figure it out.

Do you turn clockwise to increase idle speed/ rpms? or counterclockwise?

My car is having multiple issues with idling. I just wanted to turn it to the max idle speed/ highest rpms to see if it will even stay afloat vs stalling out.

I'll add it to the Wiki ... in the mean time the revs increase by turning the screw anticlockwise ... outwards ... opening a valve as it were.

A couple of people have found the screw is 1½ turns out from fully in when doing 950RPM in service mode.
