Were SE seat colours an optional extra or standard, and are replacements available anywhere either original or pattern?
I have a 91 SE with body colour white and grey/black seats.
Thanks

Coloured leather seat facings and door inserts were an optional extra over the standard plaid version (which cost an extra £780) on SE's only.
For Monaco White cars, there was an option of either red or yellow striped interior, and you could even get matching carpets.
On some later SE's, it was possible to get black perforated leather.
Sets come up fairly regularly on eBay, and I even have a couple of sets which could be used as a pattern.
Lotus closed their own trim shop a few years ago, which is a shame because they did great work at a very reasonable price.
However there are a lot of good seat trimmers out there which can do a great job of refurbishing or even customising your existing interior.
Have a search around the forum for examples and recommendations.
