Opion guys please! Are these decals Too much (ott) or Not enough (lost in the head rest)?

Very subtle. Possibly slightly on the small side.
Best I've yet seen are Andrew Ennis's - have a look around for pics.

BTW, if you use Paint Shop Pro or something to get the picture size down to 600 wide, your pics will display in full rather than having to download in another window.
