Gear Lever Knob

Could someone please tell me how it is removed? I have to put on a new gaiter.
I tried to unscrew it but did not want to force it. Ther doesn't appear to be a grub screw for its removal.

But there is....

It's hidden by the gaitor...

If your changing the gaitor just pull the old one out of the interseat console....Then pull it up over the gear knob...

Then look at the base of the gear knob there is a grubscrew...
