Nitron shock adjustment

I've just installed new Nitron shocks and springs. Now I'm wondering what would be a good initial setting for the shocks. Does anyone have experience with them?

As with any adjustable shock, put each one at the middle setting, then drive around for some time. Then you can decide whether you want it firmer or softer and adjust accordingly.
