Advice on Mountain Chip

Postby LeedsMike » Sat 21.01.2023, 14:07

Need a little upgrade technical advice.

Managed to get hold of an extra ECU L0900083 for my S2. The intention is to keep the original untouched and in a box and have a donor for upgrades (just in case it gets fried by static or something…)

I will do the usual basic work on exhaust, breathing and waste gate porting and need help understanding the best mountain chip setup to choose that enables the best performance upgrade but keeping the safety features enabled.

FYI - brakes and suspension will be upgraded before any extra power….

I read the elanchip site info and looks like I should try and get the v4 Everest.

I read a bunch of other threads but wanted to ask in one place with the right context. Thanks for your help!

LeedsMike if you click on the Mountain Chips button just under the LEC banner you'll see that the Mountain Chips party-table has been totally consumed, has 'fizzled out' and there are no crumbs left on the table for us latecomers :(, I'm afraid.

Oh, if only we could've got a slice of the cake too... :?
