Wind Deflector - does anyone know if there is such a thing as a wind deflector for back of seats of Elans?

yep there are a few options
there a cheap hook it over each headrest type with a bit of net between
there is the classic additions one which is a metal frame that has some bolt in fittings in the bulk head...
then theres LGMs roll hoops with wind deflector
and finally kuchings rear deck with fairings...but Im not sure if you need the roll hoops to go with this one too...
whats your budget???
as its probably a price range of £30 to £1500 .......
the net version at £30
the classic additions at £125
LGMs at about £500...if you can find one
kuchings deck/fairings/roll hoop.....between about £300 to £1500 depending on which of the 3 bits you need

Wind Deflector - does anyone know if there is such a thing as a wind deflector for back of seats of Elans?

I'm using the Classic Additions wind deflector (model 1055 available at http://www.classicadditions.com/index.php?cPath=58).

It has a simple attachment that re-uses some of the mounting holes for the map pocket. It also is shaped in such a way that you can leave it in place and raise/lower the soft-top over the top of it.

I think it functions quite well, but it does have the downside that the top edge of the screen is approximately in the middle of the rear-view mirror from my perspective (I'm fairly tall). If you go faster than all the traffic around you, you don't really need a rear-view mirror, and the obstruction won't bother you, right?
