Very elegant, although given their effectiveness when down I just removed mine completely.

My passenger side is also quite loose now. It stays in place if I fold it towards the windshield. Will try heat shrink tube over some electric tapes to tighten it up at the hinge.

Thanks Costas so much, the driver side is very nice and firm.
Doug, I will try my tweaks on the passenger side before bugging him
Waxed Stripey last Monday, been under car cover everynight since then. Guess I will wax again tomorrow getting her ready for Palo Alto British Car Meet on Sunday

Ratman: I notice your A-pillar corner seals have a nice flow line from the leather trim part, look quite chunky comparing to mine. Are those S2 seals?

I see what you mean too....I like em too as thats where mine seems to seep water in.....

I was just curious what else that we need to make the whole S2 version seals work as the whole package. The seal-trims themselves should already help a lot. I better stop now..

I have to find a SE Elan in order to see the difference between it and my S2.
I quite happy to bought an S2, nevertheless it's not waterproof!
I don't want be offtopic but I think that I have to check and set the roof and mobile seals alignment.
