I had a pair of the Disney "chrome" wheels refurbished and powder coated to the original colour. They just look like new wheels. The decals have been on eBay occasionally, so you should look for those to be absolutely correct. For me the hardest part was getting them de-chromed. They still stand in the corner waiting for me to finish the rest of the rebuild project.

Looking to try a matte black finish on my OZ rims...hate chrome! Not sure how it will look on a white car.

Mine are the original gunmetal gray with low-gloss. They did two coats of colour and two coats of clear.

I also got a pair of Honda Insight alloy space saver spares that are powder coated yellow. http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll? ... 1000571205

Looks good in the boot of the NMY car. I might get the other one redone in RED for the second project.

I think a semi-gloss black would look good on a white M100.
