Wheel centre caps

Postby Rice crispy » Mon 14.09.2009, 11:04

Hi,
Looking for a set of Lotus wheel centre's for 15" OZ S1 wheels, mine have S2 caps which stick out and look rubbish, any idea where I can get them other than SJS or Matty's as they seem to want £40-£50 for a set !!

Thanks
David

check out the lotus aftersales list and look in the bits listed for the esprit....pretty sure they're still listed and 4 should cost you about £20IIRC.....
think the part number is the same too...
can't check at mo as on my mobile phone..in hospital :)

but I can, 'coz I'm not ;-)

They aren't on the current list, but from the January 2008 list we have the following information.....

A082G6071F Wheel Centre-Green/Yellow-OZ 89 on Esprit Turbo 14.98 5.00 2271

which deciphers as 2271 left in stock, at a fiver each (normal list price £14.98).

As it's an old list, it is best to contact them direct to make sure they are still honouring that price (the fiver INCLUDES VAT), and to check availability.

Just the one now, but this one's mine! - and it will be finished eventually..... - but also temporary custodian of a project until it is finished enough for Angie to drive it

...oh, and a 2006 Freelander destined for the jungles of The Gambia - 4500 miles across roads, desert and tracks - what could possibly go wrong?

Try telephoning Tony Margareto at Lotus. He's an exceptionally helpful chap. Tel: 01953 608875

He told me, because my faxed order ended up being duplicated, that it's best to phone him first before faxing/e-mailing an order for anything off the old list.

Hope this helps.
